Unlike some forms of holistic therapy, Reiki is always gentle, so it is suitable even if you don’t like the idea of getting a massage. When you are receiving your Reiki session, you will remain clothed and sit/lay comfortably before your Reiki session starts.

We have 7 main Chakra points, these are the concentrated energy centers of the body.The word Chakra is a Sanksrit word meaning “wheel” or “circle”, and it refers to the individual circular spinning wheels of energy located throughout the body.These points are what attract and release the energies around us daily.
